7 Cardio Exercise Beginner’s Tips

2.Initially don’t be hard on yourself and take it slowly. You should workout for two to three days per week with rest days in between workout.

4.As you get used to the routine, increase your pace slowly. Make today’s routine slightly harder than previous day. You can achieve this by increasing the number of minutes or maybe the number of repetitions as in case of jumping/ rope skipping. Every week increase the pace of your workout till your session is at about 30 minutes per day.

5.During initial weeks, your focus should be on just getting used to the routine and focus on workout time. When you are comfortable only then move on to keeping track of pace or distance.

6.Add another day of exercise, more intense level and increase the time after every four weeks approximately.

7.Just as each of your workout begin with warm up it should end with a warm up exercise as well. To make your muscles relax and keep them flexible you should make sure to do a light cardio exercise and stretching of muscles after each workout session.
